01Ask
Ask in plain words.
It reads every athlete’s runs, check-ins and notes, and answers with the people who need you.
Who needs my attention this week?
Two athletes. Priya’s mileage jumped to 60 km this week, from 21 km the week before. Ruth’s knee pain has risen over her last three check-ins: 2, 3, then 6.
- PSPriya ShahBlues60 km this week · 21 km last week
- RKRuth KimRedsKnee · pain 6 of 10, rising
02Every evening
It reads so you don’t have to.
At 21:00 it sends one message: what your athletes wrote today, in their own words, with the serious things first.
Daily read · Thursday
- Hannah Cole · Illness“Throat a bit scratchy tonight, cut it short.”
- Ruth Kim · Pain“Knee again on the downhill.”
- Ollie Brennan · Race“Went out too fast, calves tight from lap 2.”
03You decide
It proposes. You apply.
A change is a card. Nothing happens until you tap Apply, and you can undo it for 24 hours. It never rewords what you say.

04Why it works
Built for the coach who has no time for admin
Nothing to learn
Coaches told us they do not want another app to learn. So the coach app is a chat. Ask in your own words and the answer appears: text, a chart, an athlete card, a plan week.
You stay in charge
The assistant reads, proposes and does the admin. Only you apply a change, and every change has a 24-hour undo. It does not write training on its own, and it never rewords what you say.
Only what your athletes allow
A private run stays private. The assistant sees what each athlete’s settings let a coach see, and nothing more. Your own notes stay on the athlete they are about.
